Taiwan and Panama Sign Repatriation Pact

Vice President Juan Carlos Varela of Panama and Taiwan’s Foreign Minister Timothy Yang signed a repatriation pact today and vowed to strengthen their country’s bilateral relationship which dates back to China’s Qing Dynasty in 1909. The Ministry of Public Works begins road repairs on the Bridge of the Americas today.
