National Immigration Service agents arrested Nicholas Joseph Lucanegro at Paso Canoas in Chiriqui, an area Panama’s Minister of Homeland Security calls Little Tijuana.

According to prisonpost.com, a prison pen pal site, 57-year-old Lucanegro, a Virgo, is white with brown hair and green eyes. Originally from New Jersey, he was convicted in Florida in October 2008 for a missile-related crime before jumping bond and going on the run.

The regional head of immigration, Edwin Garcia, said that the U.S. Embassy alerted Panamanian authorities to this case on November 24.

Lucanegro arrived from Costa Rica and will be deported back to Florida.
