Minister of Public Works Federico Jose Suarez says Panama will be free of traffic within two to three years time.

Suarez made this bold declaration during the presentation of a master plan that will reorganize the city’s grid, adding vehicular bridges to connect the north and south sides of the city.

The ministry will be accepting bids for these projects.
