Four Cattle Die in Truck Accident

Wednesday afternoon, a cattle truck flipped over near Vacamonte, west of Panama City, leaving four cattle dead and the others running wild. Panama Appears to be Corrupt

Transparency International released its annual Corruption Perceptions Index and Panama, it seems, is still corrupt.
