Hooded Trio Assaults 81-Year-Old Woman and her Employee
Three hooded assailants broke into the Los Santos home of 81-year-old Lorenza Ardinez early Sunday morning.
According to Ardinez, two men and a woman arrived with a firearm, knocked in the back door and bound both her and her employee’s hands and feet. They stole more than $1,500 in jewelry and cash.
Ardinez, who says her attackers held the muzzle of the gun to her head, was a representative of the Paraiso township from 1972 to 1989.
In somewhat related news, this year, three hooded assailants also attacked a mini-supermarket in Pocri of Aguadulce in the Cocle Province, as well as a retired couple in Macaracas in the Los Santos Province.
