Government Opens New Line for Complaints and Suggestions

The executive branch has created a new telephone line to receive complaints and suggestions from Panamanian citizens and visitors. The 311 line will be administered by the National Authority for Governmental Innovation.  The line is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m....
