First Panama Opera Fest Kicks Off

Panama’s first opera festival begins today.

Artists from the Spanish opera company Voce, with the support of the National Cultural Institute and private companies, are bringing Zarzuela and Broadway opera to the National Theater in Casco Viejo.  The festival will culminate on April 27th and 28th with the one act Il Signor Bruschino operatic farce, open to the public and performed with the National Symphony Orchestra and Ballet. Tickets cost between $12.13 and $57.23 and can be purchased through Boletos Panama.
