Around 30 members of the Atlas 400 Club have traveled to Panama this week to stay at the Bristol Hotel, fly out to the Tropic Star fishing lodge and socialize amongst themselves.

According to a related website, “Atlas 400 is an exclusive, private club of successful, like-minded individuals.”  A $25,000 entrance fee and $5,000 monthly maintenance grants access to four to six gatherings a year, including the Panama fishing excursion or the private Porsche racetrack in Germany.

Some of the names involved in Atlas 400 are club President Sean Goldsmith; “the freest man on earth” Simon Black;  and international commercial transactions and immigration lawyer Joel Nagel – although all names cannot be confirmed as real names.
