A chef working in a Pedasi hotel was arrested this afternoon for cocaine dealing. Pedasi is a growing vacation destination on the southern tip of Panama’s Azuero Peninsula. Martinelli is Third Most Approved American Leader

The results are in:  The Mexico-based Mitofsky Consulting firm has determined that President Ricardo Martinelli of Panama takes third place in the Most Valued Latin America Leader category. In the 17-leader test group, Martinelli was beaten out by Salvadoran President, Mauricio Funes, with 83% and Brazilian leader, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, with 76%....
