Over One Death By Car Per Day

So far this year, 403 people have either died  in or under cars in Panama. Of those, 150 were pedestrians, in many cases because designated pedestrian bridges and crossings are not used as intended.  132 resulted from collisions and 64 from roll overs or hitting fixed objects.
