Marcial Gamarra, leader of the Naso Tribe protest, was arrested a few hours ago in Bocas del Toro, reports La Prensa. Heavy Rains and Faulty Drainage Flood San Francisco

Water levels reportedly  rose to over three feet in a matter of minutes midday yesterday, leaving cars submerged and businesses damaged across five streets in the San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City.
